To say that Julie was fantastic is an understatement.

Her ability to successfully liaise with and persuade the tenants living in (renting) the property at the time made a huge difference. I only wished that I had Julie as the rental managing agent as well.

Julie's advice and guidance when dealing with conveyancing lawyers and the managing agent made the entire sale smooth and stress-free.

I do not believe that anyone else would have made the extra effort to get such a great outcome.
